A Sensory Journey into Spring

This workshop offering is a collaboration between Atmaitri, The Orenda Connection, and LittleBuddhabyDaisy. 

Your journey will begin with a guided meditation, connecting you with your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. The meditation will be accompanied by a three-part sound healing journey, focused on the 7 main chakras and the elements of spring. We will transition into the aromatic portion of the journey next, coupling crystal healing and aroma therapy knowledge as we each create our customized take home crystal infused essential oil blends. Throughout the workshop, we will address all of your senses and you will leave energized with the feeling of spring and fully awakened senses.

This experience will be interactive while also providing a relaxing, healing, and informative environment. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! 

All supplies are included for the roll on essential oil blends. A limited amount of yoga mats or chairs are available for use as needed, but please bring a yoga mat or blanket and anything else you prefer to have with you to get cozy during the sound healing and meditation. 

Meet the facilitators:

Regyna Curtis - Owner and Founder of Atmaitri LLC

Regyna is an intuitive healer and Shinpiden level Reiki Master Teacher. In addition to her intuitive and empathic gifts, she is trained in the system of Reiki through The International House of Reiki as well as the Usui/Holy Fire II ® lineages. Additionally, she holds a certificate as a sound healing practitioner through Harmonic Waves Healing. A former art teacher and experienced in educational program development, she likes to incorporate art, creativity, education and culture into her classes and workshops. Daisy Betance - Founder and Maker of LittleBuddhabyDaisy

Daisy is a Reiki Master Teacher who received her training through Holy Fire Reiki Training from Molly Coeling Therapeutic Massage & Reiki and currently offers Reiki services in Berwyn, IL. She also holds practitioner certificates as a Harmonic Waves Healer through Harmonic Waves Healing and a 25 hr aerial fitness instructor. She is passionate about transformation, healing with crystal work, creating natural products with essential oils, and being a source of positivity in the lives of others. Jason and Cassandra Clegg - Founders and Owners of The Orenda Connection

Jason and Cassandra completed sound therapy training through Yolanda Healing Hearts. They are both certified in Shamanic Crystal Healing through Divine Authentic Beauty as well as meditation and mantras, receiving continual spiritual guidance under teacher and guru, Rajesh since 2012.

Jason began martial arts training at age 4 in Germany and evolved his training into the yoga and qiqong classes he currently offers. Jason was an active member in a local Buddhist community & received multiple transmissions from various Tibetan llamas while attaining Medicine Buddha, Green Tara and White Tara healing through Karma Thegsum Chöling.

Jason is a Reiki master trained by Justin Vasilievas, a Reiki & Shambhala teacher, through Conscious Indigo in the classic Usui system and shares his lineage with William Rand. Jason is also a certified RYT 200 Yoga Sculpt instructor and will be pursuing transformative life coaching through Yolanda Healing Hearts this May.

Cassandra studied sound healing under Transformation Coach and Sound Therapist, Yolanda Lozano, of Yolanda Healing Hearts and is an aerial yoga instructor at Amore Yoga in Burr Ridge, IL.  Cassandra has also received basic training through the Feng Shui School of Chicago.
