Interested in Being a Guest on Charting Your Course: Aligned Leadership?
Before you apply, I want to give you a sense of the purpose of the show, who we’re creating it for, and the kinds of people I’m interested in talking with.
Because being an interesting person with an impressive story isn’t quite enough.
I’m looking for guests whose experiences and perspectives can help listeners explore something meaningful about themselves and how they live, work, create, and lead.

About the Show
Charting Your Course: Aligned Leadership is an extension of the Charting Your Course® practice, not simply a platform for interviews with interesting entrepreneurs.
The show gives listeners deeper explorations of the ideas they encounter through their Personal Seasons Calendar while introducing them to real people who are actively navigating their own choices, growth, leadership, creativity, and work.
An important part of that is showing that aligned leadership doesn’t have one prescribed form.
Different people make decisions differently. They structure their lives and businesses differently. They respond to change differently. These conversations offer experiences and perspectives listeners can reflect against their own, rather than presenting someone else’s approach as the answer.
This connects directly to the ethos behind all of my work: discovery over declaration.
Through the podcast, we:
-
deepen the listener’s Charting Your Course practice
-
expand what they can imagine for themselves through different lived experiences and perspectives
-
explore what aligned leadership can actually look like in practice

Before You Apply
Every prospective guest creates their own Personal Seasons Calendar before submitting an application.
You do not need to be familiar with Charting Your Course® beforehand, and you certainly don't need to already use it in your work.
What I do ask is that you be willing to engage with something unfamiliar with genuine curiosity.
Your Personal Seasons Calendar gives us the starting point for our conversation. We begin by exploring where you are in your seasons and go from there. There is no predetermined topic or prescribed path for the interview. The conversation unfolds organically based on your timing, your experiences, and what emerges along the way.
Creating your calendar is also an intentional part of my guest-selection process. It gives you an opportunity to experience the practice for yourself before deciding whether this is a conversation you want to be part of.
Once you've created your calendar and explored the information on this page, you're ready to apply.
Think You Might Be a Fit?
As I review an application, the question I’m asking isn't simply:
“Would this person make a good podcast guest?”
I’m asking:
“What could this person help my listener explore about themselves and how they work?”
If you're curious, reflective, open to exploring your own timing, and interested in having a conversation without knowing exactly where it will lead, I’d love to learn more about you.
Aideen Ni Riada, MI
”Working with Regyna and understanding my internal calendar has been life changing. It give me more self compassion and helps me harness my natural energy more productively.”
Doreen Letofsky, PA
"The deeper that I dive into this information, the more I understand, and it has all been so helpful. I can't even tell you how many times I’ve said “Oh, no wonder… that makes perfect sense!” So many lightbulb moments. Every time I revisit it, there is a lightbulb moment!"
Monica Henderson, CA
“Knowing where I am in my cycle gives me peace of mind because I know things will shift. It helps me remember who I am in real time and where to focus my energy so I’m not forcing productivity.”
