Hi! I am the founder of a Aluma Wellness Studio in Chicago, and I thrive tocreate spaces for people to come home to themselves, through bodywork, energy, and intentional care. My work weaves together touch, presence, and nervous system support to help you soften, reconnect, and move through life with more ease and clarity.

As a solo (and fairly introverted) entrepreneur, I’ve come to really value building a circle of thoughtful business owners. I look to connect withpeople who care about the integrity of their work, their community, and building something meaningful over time. Outside the clinic, I’m someone who’s curious about how people grow. Through movement, creativity, philosophy, and small rituals that help us feel more like ourselves. I try to carry that same spirit into my business: intentional, grounded, and big picture-minded. I’m here less for traditional networking and more for genuine connection, shared perspective, and the kind of support that helps all of our work ripple outward. If our paths or ideas feel aligned, I hope we cross paths. :)

I'm looking to nourish my local network by co-hosting and collaborating on local events in the Chicago area as well as in person events in other locations. I have spent the last several years building a wonderful global network online, and would like to enhance the experiences I create and participate in viturally with more intimate in person gatherings where we can explore the full aspect of our humanness in tangible spaces.
