The Art of Expansion
The Art of Expansion is an immersive creative workshop designed to help you strengthen your experiential essence through movement, reflection, and intuitive expression. Guided by the energy of early summer, participants will explore how to move beyond insight alone and into embodied experience through chakra dance, a Soul Wisdom Journey, neurographic art, and sensory support with the Expand aromatherapy blend from the Charting Your Course collection.
Together, we’ll work with sacral and throat energy to support creative flow, authentic expression, emotional movement, and deeper connection to your internal rhythms. This experience invites you to loosen perfectionism, trust what emerges through interaction and experimentation, and engage more fully with the life unfolding around you.
Through movement, visualization, and creative process, you’ll explore what expansion feels like in your body, your energy, and your lived experience.
