Human Design is a combination of many of these systems brought together and aligned in a way that can help you access your body's consciousness.
The original text created to explain this system is 400 pages long and is an overview of everything. While there is an abundance of insight to take away from understanding the system overall, it is more manageable to begin with a smaller dose.
