Intro to Intuitive Art Making

The inclusion of regular creative practices can help you to create changes in all areas of your life as well as find more peace and clarity. It is through the creative process that we bring anything to fruition in our reality, so the more we practice, the better we get. Starting with something really easy and very accessible can quickly pave the way to the things that hold greater meaning for us. This workshop is designed to be fun, easy to process, and applicable for all levels of artistic skill. Regardless of whether you consider yourself a well trained artist, or a complete novice, this workshop is for you. 

The materials can be as simple as a pen and paper, or as inclusive as you are guided to work with. We will walk through an activity that will guide you to the supplies you will work while we are gathered, so it is not necessary to prepare anything ahead of time. This is all a part of the intuitive process.

In addition to the supplies you will use to create with, you will need something to write on and with. You are welcome to bring a journal, but a piece of copy paper is sufficient as well.

The most important thing to bring is an open mind and a spirit of curiosity.
