Fall energy is all about release; it is the yang within the yin. On the Fall Equinox, we begin shifting our energy from summer's yang toward winter's yin. What better day to start a retreat focused on balance and moving through the bittersweet experiences of life than the Fall Equinox?

Nature has many cycles that move effortlessly and relentlessly through each phase, whether we are ready for them to move on or not. We can learn so much from observing these cycles and additionally recognizing our own natural cycles.

As we learn to consciously live in a state of awareness, we are able to respond deliberately and with compassion to our circumstances rather than getting caught in a state of re-action. We get better at this process when we actively engage in self-care, Spiritual, and creative practices, amongst others. The commitment to return to the present moment consistently through these practices helps us in being more in touch with our bodies, minds, and energetic input/output.

During turbulent times in our lives, we all react differently depending on our own specific design and attributes. However, we can all benefit from reconnecting with our souls and dedicating some time and energy towards our mental, physical, and energetic or Spiritual health. • The first 6 people to register before September 5th (US-based) will receive a DIY Cacao Ceremony Kit mailed to them as part of their ReTreat experience

Standard Inclusions: $178 per registrant

• 3 pre-recorded guided meditations
• Instruction for self-guided activities: The Art of Mindfulness and Mandalas, Creating Joy in the Now with Food, Using Dance to Keep You Moving
• Resources and recommendations for individual exploration
• A space for sharing and engaging with other participants and the hosts
• Respite from the juggling act of everyday life with the flexibility to participate when the time is right for you

Optional Upgraded Experience: $444 per registrant (total package price including all standard inclusions)

• We are offering an upgraded ReTreat experience for anyone wishing to expand their ReTreat or may want support in integrating and processing the insights gained through this experience (or in life in general). The upgraded experience includes two individual intuitive sessions (one with Amy and one with Regyna).
  • Both intuitive sessions are included in the upgraded package price of $444 (you will choose either the regular price option or the upgraded option when you check-out)
  • Individual intuitive sessions will be scheduled directly with Amy and Regyna who will reach out to you directly with directions for how to schedule them after your ticket has been purchased
  • These sessions on their own are valued at $377 and are only being offered at this reduced price if purchased as part of your ticket ahead of time
  • If you wish to schedule additional intuitive sessions beyond these, they will be available at       normal rates
