The Japanese System of Reiki incorporates conceptual and physical practices that support health, wellness, and well being. Join Reiki Master Teacher, Regyna Curtis, Owner and Founder of Atmaitri LLC for a conversation about how the System of Reiki can:
- Reduce the effects of stress and anxiety
- Provide a framework for navigating challenging times
- Bring more structure, awareness, and intent into your daily activities
This workshop will include:
- A brief history and description of the System of Reiki
- An overview of the 5 practical elements that make up the system
- An in depth review of the Reiki Precepts (guiding principles)
- Relevant applications forin corporating the system into your life immediately
- Group Reiju (direct experience)
No prior Reiki experience or training is required. All levels of Reiki attuned practitioners and teachers are welcome to join!
This workshop will be offered online through Zoom. Registrants will receive the Zoom link via email about 1 hour prior to the start time.
